Elements and the Periodic Table
Want to know more about elements? Check out this interactive periodic table:
Atomic Model
Review basic information on the atom, from the history of our modern model, to information on the subatomic particles. Another review on the basic structure of the atom. When you are ready, click the Chem4Kids Quiz button on the right to be tested. Here's a video that explains how to find the number of protons, electrons, and neutrons in an atom: Test your understanding of knowing how many protons, neutrons, and electrons are in atoms with the Element Math Game: Here is a link to a Kahn Academy quiz. If this seems too daunting, you can navigate to the lessons part on the left side before trying the quiz.
Bohr Diagrams
Here is a video outlining how to draw a Bohr Diagram or Model:
Physical vs. Chemical Properties
Need a quick review of physical and chemical properties? Check out this site and try the little slideshow quizzes! What to try an online quiz of physical and chemical property terms? Click the link below! Review physical and chemical properties (or traits) here. When you are ready, click the Chem4Kids Quiz button on the right to be tested.Physical vs Chemical Change Quiz! See how well you do!
